Daniel John Bezik of Mentor Ohio a stockbroker currently registered with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 5, 2018 where the customer requested damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 founded on accusations that between December 15, 2016 and January 5, 2018, Bezik neglected to allocate the customer’s funds according to the customer’s instructions.

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on January 6, 2003, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Bezik’s conduct was resolved for $18,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that contractual obligations to the customer had been breached, the customer’s account was handled in a negligent manner, fiduciary duties owed had been breached, misrepresentations were made concerning investments, and unsuitable mutual fund transactions were placed in the customer’s account while Bezik was associated with Olde Discount Corporation.
