Charles Geraci, of The Woodlands, Texas, a stockbroker for VSR Financial Services, Inc., is subject to a pending customer dispute from July 25, 2016, in which the customer has requested $500,000.00 in damages after alleging that Geraci made unsuitable investment recommendations in alternative investments and private placement investments.
According to FINRA Public Disclosure Records,  Geraci has been subject to eight customer initiated investment related claims.  On May 5, 2016, Geraci became subject to a pending customer dispute in which the customer has requested $930,216.00 in damages after alleging that Geraci committed breach of contract, misrepresentation, and made unsuitable investment recommendations. Geraci previously settled a customer dispute for $9,000.00 on December 19, 2014, after the customer alleged that Geraci committed fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligence.   He left VSR Financial only days after the last complaint against him in July 2016.
On April 4, 2014, Geraci settled a customer dispute for $10,000.00 after he was alleged to have committed breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and fraud. On August 12, 2009, Geraci settled a customer dispute for $147,500.00 after the customer alleged that Geraci engaged in deceptive trading practices and negligence.
