Robert Edward Wamhoff of Saint Charles Missouri a stockbroker formerly registered with VSR Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 12, 2017 where the customer sought $55,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of breach of fiduciary duty and negligence relating to real estate security transactions executed in the customer’s account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Wamhoff has been referenced in nine additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of Wamhoff’s misconduct during the time that he was associated with Mutual Service Corporation and VSR Financial Services Inc. In particular, on July 3, 2017, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Wamhoff’s actions in which the customer requested $235,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of poor performance pertaining to the customer’s real estate security and oil & gas holdings.

Subsequently, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Wamhoff’s conduct was settled for $9,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of violation of Missouri Securities Act of 2003; fraud; breach of contract; suitability; and breach of fiduciary duty pertaining to the customer’s real estate security investment holdings between 2012 and 2015. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00919 (Nov. 13, 2017).

Wamhoff’s registration with VSR Financial Services, Inc. was terminated on July 19, 2016. Since July 14, 2016, he has been registered with Calton & Associates, Inc.
