Robert C. Bragg, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, a stockbroker formerly registered with VSR Financial Services, Inc., has been subject to a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on February 24, 2015, which was settled for $60,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Bragg made misrepresentations to the customer concerning investments, and made unsuitable investment recommendations.
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Bragg has settled three additional customer arbitrations. Particularly, on November 4, 2009, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Bragg’s conduct was settled for $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Bragg negligently handled the customer’s account, breached his contractual duties, and effected unsuitable investments in the customer’s account.
On March 19, 2013, another customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Bragg’s actions was resolved for $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Bragg breached his contractual and fiduciary duties to the customer, violated Colorado Securities Act, negligently handled the customer’s account, made misrepresentations concerning investments, and effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account.
Additionally, on November 10, 2014, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Bragg’s conduct was settled for $245,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Bragg made misrepresentations to the customers concerning investments, breached his fiduciary duty, and violated Colorado Securities Act.
Bragg’s registration with VSR Financial Services was terminated in June of 2016. Since June of 2016, he has been registered with Newbridge Securities Corporation.
