Daniel Charles Stewart of Shawnee Kansas a stockbroker formerly employed by VSR Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim that was resolved for $18,750.00 in damages supported by accusations that Stewart failed to timely execute the customer’s investment related instructions which caused the customer to incur losses. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 16-02862 (Aug. 7, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on May 16, 2002, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Stewart’s conduct where the customer requested an unspecified amount of compensatory damages founded on allegations that Stewart was sold a variable universal life insurance policy that has caused the customer to incur expenses despite the customer being told that the policy was paid in full.

Stewart’s registration with VSR Financial Services, Inc. has been terminated as of November 2, 2016. Between September 1, 2016 and December 4, 2017, Stewart has been registered with Summit Brokerage Services, Inc.
