Vincent John Villani of New York New York a stockbroker formerly registered with National Securities Corporation is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $50,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of Villani making unsuitable private placement recommendations or sales at National Securities Corp which resulted in losses to the customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-01634 (July 5, 2021).

This is not the first time that Villani’s sales practices have been the focus of an investment dispute in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Villani is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $95,600.00 in damages supported by allegations that Villani effected the sale of unsuitable private placements to the customer when Villani was associated with National Securities Corporation. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-00719 (Mar. 18, 2021).

Villani has been registered with National Securities Corporation since March 21, 2014. He has been associated with six different securities broker dealers, two of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct.
