Vincent John Villani of New York, New York, a stockbroker currently registered with National Securities Corporation, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $300,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that the customer had been sold unsuitable private placements by Villani while he was employed by National Securities Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-01788 (July 30, 2021).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Villani has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding allegations of his activities while he was employed by National Securities Corporation. On July 5, 2021, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Villani’s conduct was settled for $50,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of an unsuitable sale of an offering in a private placement through Villani during the time that he was associated with National Securities Corporation. Villani is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $95,600.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer was sold an unsuitable private placement by Villani when he was registered with National Securities Corporation. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-00719 (March 23, 2021).

Villani has been registered with National Securities Corporation since March 21, 2014.
