Paul Theodore Dicicco, of Millbury, Massachusetts, a stockbroker formerly registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 28, 2016, in which the customer requested $6,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dicicco made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the features of a variable annuity product, which caused the customer to sustain investment losses.

In particular, on January 8, 2003, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Dicicco’s conduct was settled for $11,300.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dicicco omitted that the customer’s assets would be invested in the stock market, and also omitted information concerning the principal risk, fees, and penalties pertaining to a variable annuity product.
Subsequently, on November 4, 2008, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Dicicco’s activities was resolved for $6,275.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dicicco misrepresented a variable universal life insurance policy as only requiring one premium payment from the customer for the policy to remain in effect.
