Todd Douglas Micciche of Portland Oregon a stockbroker formerly registered with Cuna Brokerage Services Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 5, 2020 where the customer requested $20,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that Micciche failed to respond to the customer’s requests of liquidating a mutual fund account at CUNA Brokerage Services Inc.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Micciche has been identified in additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his improprieties while employed by Key Investment Services and CUNA Brokerage Services Inc. On July 21, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Micciche’s activities in which the customer sought $10,708.77 in damages founded on allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning a Jackson National variable annuity that was purchased through Micciche at Key Investment Services LLC.

On December 14, 2017, another customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Micciche’s conduct was resolved for $57,700.00 in damages based upon accusations that an unauthorized withdrawal had been executed from the CUNA Brokerage Services customer’s managed account because of Micciche.

Micciche has been a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of CUNA Brokerage Services since December 18, 2015.
