Todd Harris McKee of Westport Connecticut a stockbroker formerly employed by Source Capital Group Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 13, 2018 where the customer requested $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of suitability pertaining to the customer’s investment in limited partnership interests or a direct participation program.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that on August 6, 2001, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning McKee’s conduct in which the customer sought $55,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of unsuitability pertaining to an over-the-counter equity transaction placed in the customer’s account.

McKee’s registration with Source Capital Group was terminated on April 24, 2017. Since February 17, 2017, he has been registered with Advisory Group Equity Services Ltd. McKee has also been associated with H.J. Meyers & Co., Inc. – a firm that National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) expelled based upon the firm’s failure to pay a fine for, inter alia, failing to supervise its trading practices.
