Timothy Joseph Cunningham of White Plains New York a stockbroker formerly registered with JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Chase Bank has been discharged on June 18, 2020 founded on allegations of Cunningham making unauthorized trades in a customer’s account. According to JP Morgan, Cunningham executed the sale of a security from the customer’s account without first getting the customer’s permission.

FINRA Public Disclosure also confirms that Cunningham is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $15,946.82 in damages supported by accusations that the stockbroker effected trades without authorization on March 17, 2020 when he was associated with JP Morgan Securities.

Since October 1, 2020, Cunningham has been registered with Benjamin F. Edwards Company as a stockbroker and an investment adviser representative.
