Thomas Boley Hunt of Twin Falls Idaho a stockbroker currently registered with Wells Fargo Advisors is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $20,000.00 in damages on July 22, 2020 supported by allegations that Hunt’s transactions at Wells Fargo Advisors were not suitable for the customer.

Hunt has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of his wrongdoing while employed by Salomon Smith Barney. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Hunt’s conduct was settled to resolve allegations of unauthorized trading and churning. The complaint also alleges that Hunt made unsuitable over-the-counter equities trades.

Another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Hunt’s activities was settled for $80,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of negligence and breach of fiduciary duty by Hunt concerning over-the-counter equities trades at Salomon Smith Barney. According to the claim, unauthorized and unsuitable trades resulted in damages.

Hunt’s stockbroker and investment adviser representative registrations with Wells Fargo Clearing Services have been terminated as of August 9, 2018. Since August 7, 2018, Hunt has been registered with LPL Financial LLC as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
