Rodrigue Lors (also known as Rodrique Lors) of Westbury New York a stockbroker formerly registered with National Securities Corporation is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages founded upon allegations that Lors provided unsuitable recommendations as it pertained to private placements during the period that he was associated with National Securities Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-02016 (August 12, 2021).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Lors has been identified in six additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his wrongdoing when he was registered with National Securities Corp and Wilmington Capital Securities. On August 25, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Lors’ conduct in which they requested more than $5,000.00 in damages based on allegations that Lors effected unauthorized over-the-counter equities trades in their account.

On March 26, 2018, another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Lors’ activities where they sought $10,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Lors made stock trades in their National Securities Corp account without their knowledge or consent.

Lors is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on June 5, 2020 in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages founded upon allegations of unauthorized transactions by Lors at Wilmington Capital Securities. According to the complaint, the customer received unsuitable recommendations from Lors. The complaint also alleges that Lors did not follow instructions relating to the customer’s investment account.

Lors is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages based on accusations of Lors placing them in an unsuitable private placement. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-01945 (July 16, 2020). On November 30, 2020, another customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Lors’ conduct in which they requested compensatory damages supported by allegations that private placements were not suitable for their account at Wilmington Capital Securities and National Securities Corp.

On April 26, 2021, a different customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Lors’ activities where they sought compensatory damages founded upon accusations of negligent supervision and fraud when Lors was employed by Wilmington Capital Securities. The claim also contains allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract relating to stock trades. According to the claim, Lors made unsuitable trades in the customer’s account.

Lors was registered with National Securities Corporation between July 20, 2007, and October 5, 2017. He has been registered with Wilmington Capital Securities since October 4, 2017.
