Robert A. DeBlasio of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 25, 2020 in which the customer sought compensatory damages founded on allegations that DeBlasio made misrepresentations regarding the features of an annuity that the customer held between February of 2018 and September of 2018.

This is not the first time that DeBlasio has been accused of sales practice violations. FINRA Public Disclosure also reveals that on March 8, 2017, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving DeBlasio’s activities where the customer requested unspecified damages supported by accusations of their energy stocks being misrepresented by the stockbroker when he was associated with Morgan Stanley.

DeBlasio’s stockbroker and investment adviser representative registrations with Morgan Stanley have been terminated as of March 13, 2019. Since February 18, 2019, DeBlasio has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
