Robert Lee Anderson III, of Hiawassee, Georgia, a stockbroker registered with Raymond James Financial Services Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $150,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Anderson charged excessive fees, mismanaged investment accounts, and made unsuitable investment recommendations when Anderson was associated with Raymond James Financial Services Inc. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Anderson is referenced in three other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Anderson’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. On January 31, 2008, a customer initiated investment related securities arbitration claim involving Anderson’s conduct was settled for $150,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Anderson failed to supervise certain representatives, made unsuitable investment recommendations, breached a contract, breached his fiduciary duties, and was negligent in connection with the sale of options when Anderson was associated with Raymond James Financial Services Inc. NASD Arbitration No. 07-01365.
On November 3, 2008, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Anderson’s conduct in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Anderson failed to provide an audit of the customer’s account and failed to execute a trade order according to the customer’s instructions. The complaint was denied.
Anderson was also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $14,999.00 in damages based upon allegations that Anderson negligently supervised certain representatives, breached his fiduciary duties, and was negligent in connection with the sale of stocks.
