Anthony Vincent Ferrone entered into an acceptance, waiver and consent agreement (“AWC”) with FINRA and has been barred from the securities industry.

Ferrone was the subject of a FINRA investigation concerning the unsuitable sales of unit investment trusts to customers. Ferrone was actually in the middle of an on the record interview (“OTR”) being conducted by the FINRA enforcement staff when he announced that he would no longer participate in the investigation. He then left the room.

He later signed the AWC agreeing to be barred from the securities industry.

Ferrone had worked in the securities industry since 1983. Recently, he worked at Stifel Nicolaus in Ft. Lee from 2007 to 2011, Morgan Stanley in Ridgewood from 2011 to 2016 and Ameriprise in Paramus from 2016 until March 2017.

He has four reported customer complaints, all before 2004. Two were denied with no further action and two were settled, one for $0,000 and one for $15,000.
