Richard Harris Sall of Duluth, Minnesota, a stockbroker formerly registered with Voya Financial Advisors Inc., is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 10, 2020, where the customer sought $22,792.85 in damages based upon allegations of the customer being misled in regard to a variable annuity purchase that subjected the customer to surrender charges.

Sall has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of his misconduct while employed by ING Financial Partners Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Sall is identified in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $5,177.50 in damages supported by allegations of inaccurate explanations of the terms of a variable annuity purchased by the customer at ING Financial Partners.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Sall’s activities in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of Sall’s misrepresentations in regard to the Guaranteed Minimum Income Benefits rider option on an ING variable annuity.

Sall’s stockbroker and investment adviser representative registrations at Voya Financial Advisors were terminated on August 6, 2020. Since July 30, 2020, Sall has been registered with LPL Financial as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
