FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that this is not the first time that Hampton has been sanctioned by FINRA for failing to respond. In particular, on June 4, 2008, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Hampton’s conduct, supported by allegations that Hampton made misrepresentations to the customer about corporate debt investments.

Subsequently, on September 16, 2008, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Hampton’s activities, in which the customer sought at least $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Hampton made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning mutual funds.
