Rebecca King Wah Ng-Tsang, of Bellevue, Washington, a stockbroker formerly registered with Cetera Investment Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on November 21, 2021, in which the customer requested compensatory damages founded on allegations that Ng-Tsang made misrepresentations to them regarding real estate security products while she was registered with Cetera Investment Services.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Ng-Tsang has been identified in three more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of her wrongdoing during the period that she was associated with Cetera Investment Services. On March 22, 2018, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Ng-Tsang’s conduct was resolved for $22,955.72 in damages supported by allegations that Ng-Tsang misrepresented information regarding real estate investment trust products.

On December 9, 2019, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Ng-Tsang’s activities where the customer sought compensatory damages based upon accusations of misrepresentation relating to the real estate security purchases through Ng-Tsang at Cetera Investment Services.

Ng-Tsang is also identified in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 9, 2020, in which the customer requested compensation founded on allegations of the liquidity and risks of REITs being misrepresented by Ng-Tsang during the time that she was associated with Cetera Investment Services.

Ng-Tsang was registered with Cetera Investment Services between January 3, 2013, and November 11, 2021.
