Jerry Wayne Devins, of Louisville, Kentucky, a stockbroker formerly registered with Raymond James Financial Services Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, in which the customer was awarded $500,000.00 in damages on March 30, 2017, based upon allegations that Devins breached his fiduciary duties to the customer.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Devins has been identified in two customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of his wrongdoing while he was associated with Linsco / Private Ledger Corp. and UBS PaineWebber Inc, wherein customers claims were resolved for a total of $37,500.00 supported by allegations against Devins including misrepresentation and unsuitable investment recommendations.

Devins’ registration with Raymond James Financial Services Inc. ended on June 20, 2017. Since August 8, 2017, Devins has been registered with Kestra Investment Services, LLC.
