Randolph Lee Eddlemon of Scottsdale Arizona is a stockbroker formerly employed with Geneos Wealth Management Inc. who has been suspended from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity based upon allegations that he failed to provide a response to FINRA’s request for information regarding Eddlemon’s business activities. Case No. 2017055260401 (Dec. 19 2017).

Eddlemon reportedly received a Notice of Suspension on December 19, 2017, wherein FINRA informed him that he would be suspended by FINRA in all capacities effective January 12, 2018, and automatically barred in all capacities by FINRA by March 22, 2018 if not for Eddlemon providing FINRA the information which has been requested of him.

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that on July 14, 2017, two customers filed investment related written complaints involving Eddlemon’s conduct, in which the customers collectively requested $90,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that Eddlemon made unsuitable mutual fund recommendations to those customers.

On July 27, 2017, Eddlemon was terminated from Geneos Wealth Management Inc. based on allegations that he utilized customer information in an unauthorized and inappropriate manner.
