Mandie Josephine Peters of Calverton Maryland a stockbroker formerly registered with ProEquities Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 21, 2016 in which the customer requested $75,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that Peters (1) made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning the liquidation of the customer’s variable annuity and subsequent investment in fixed indexed annuities and (2) misrepresented the annuities that the customer purchased. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-00623 (Mar. 19, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on April 18, 2014, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Peters’ conduct where the customer sought $135,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of suitability relating to the customer’s mutual funds and variable annuities; Peters reportedly failed to consider the customer’s time horizon and liquidity needs at the time that Peters made recommendations for the customer to invest in fixed annuities.

Peters’ registration with ProEquities, Inc. was terminated on July 21, 2015. Since July 9, 2015, Peters has been registered with Questar Capital Corporation.
