Philip Albert Schreiner of San Antonio Texas a stockbroker formerly employed by Morgan Stanley has been discharged by the firm on April 18, 2018 founded on allegations that Schreiner (1) partook in the solicitation of outside real estate investments and other activities involving a firm customer and (2) engaged in an unapproved customer loan arrangement.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on October 4, 2017, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Schreiner’s activities in which the customer requested unspecified damages based upon accusations of misrepresentation between November of 2011 and September of 2017 in reference to equity transactions executed in the customer’s account.
