Sara Rene Wilhite of Vista California a stockbroker formerly employed by PFS Investments Inc. has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity supported by allegations that she failed to provide information to FINRA concerning her business activities. Case No. 2017055517301 (Feb. 20, 2018).

Wilhite was suspended by FINRA on December 11, 2017, where she was provided until February 19, 2018 to cooperate with FINRA’s request for her information. Wilhite reportedly failed to respond by the February 19, 2018 deadline, resulting in FINRA imposing an automatic bar in all capacities.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that on August 11, 2017, Wilhite was discharged from PFS Investments Inc. based upon accusations that she engaged in an outside business activity that had not been approved by the firm.
