Paul Robert DiPietro of Boca Raton, Florida, a stockbroker formerly registered with Dawson James Securities Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $20,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of unsuitable investment recommendations of over-the-counter equities during the time that DiPietro was employed by Dawson James Securities. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-02408 (August 8, 2021).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that DiPietro has been identified in six additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding  his conduct while employed by securities broker dealers, including Dawson James Securities. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that DiPietro is identified in a customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer requested $10,127.74 in damages supported by accusations of unauthorized margin use in the customer’s account by DiPietro at Dawson James Securities. The complaint alleges failure to follow the customer’s trading instructions relating to over-the-counter equities.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding DiPietro’s activities where the customer sought $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of DiPietro’s failure to comply with instructions the customer provided to him at Dawson James Securities concerning over-the-counter equities.

DiPietro is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer requested $115,010.81 in damages founded on accusations of DiPietro not making trades according to the customer’s instructions, resulting in losses to the customer when over-the-counter equities holdings declined in value. Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving DiPietro’s conduct where the customer sought $126,105.24 in damages supported by allegations of the stockbroker disregarding the customer’s instructions when registered with Dawson James Securities.

On September 10, 2020, another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning DiPietro’s activities was settled for $10,000.00 in damages and alleging churning and unsuitable trading at Dawson James Securities and Spartan Capital Securities. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-01498.

DiPietro is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $24,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty concerning common and preferred stock recommendations while DiPietro was associated with Dawson James Securities. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-02138 (June 18, 2021).

DiPietro’s stockbroker registration at Dawson James Securities was terminated on April 8, 2019. Since April 1, 2019, he has been associated with Pinnacle Investments as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
