Paul Robert DiPietro of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Dawson James Securities Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of a breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by the stockbroker during the period that he was associated with Dawson James Securities. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-02138 (July 13, 2020). The claim also alleges that negligent stock transactions resulted in damages.

DiPietro has been identified in nine additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding allegations of his improper activities while he was employed by securities broker dealers including Dawson James Securities. FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that DiPietro is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint where the customer sought $10,127.74 in damages supported by accusations that their investment instructions had been ignored and that margin was not authorized for over-the-counter equities transactions.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint involving DiPietro’s conduct in which they requested $115,010.81 in damages founded on allegations that their instructions were not followed by DiPietro resulting In damages. The complaint alleges that DiPietro was told to execute orders in the customer’s Dawson James account, and his failure to do so resulted in losses.

On August 26, 2019, an additional customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving DiPietro’s activities where they sought $68,926.88 in damages based upon accusations that bad investment recommendations were made by DiPietro at Dawson James. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-02408. DiPietro is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was settled for $10,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that unsuitable penny stock trades were executed in the customer’s account. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-01498 (Sept. 10, 2020). According to the claim, DiPietro churned the customer’s investment account.

DiPietro’s registration with Dawson James Securities has been terminated as of April 8, 2019. Since April 1, 2019, he has been registered with Pinnacle investments LLC.
