Paul Dennis Benish of Janesville Wisconsin a stockbroker formerly employed by BMO Harris Financial Advisors Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint on September 23, 2016 where the customer sought $44,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that (1) the terms and conditions of a variable annuity investment sold to the customer had been misrepresented and (2) the customer was sold a variable annuity that was not suitable for the customer.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that on July 12, 2013, a customer filed an investment related written complaint concerning Benish’s activities in which the customer requested at least $5,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that while Benish was associated with BMO Harris Financial Advisors Inc., the customer was not provided information concerning the risks of the customer’s principal investments in an investment advisory managed account.
Benish’s registration with BMO Harris Financial Advisors Inc. has been terminated as of January 4, 2018.
