Tony Barouti, of Los Angeles, California, a stockbroker formerly registered with Newport Coast Securities, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 20, 2015, in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Barouti made misrepresentations to the customer in reference to direct investment products effected in the customer’s investment account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that on September 27, 2001, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Barouti’s conduct, where the customer sought $5,000.00 in damages founded upon allegations that Barouti misrepresented a variable universal life insurance contract.

Barouti has been registered with Emerson Equity LLC since June 13, 2017.
