Jeffrey Paul Weiner of Elmsford New York a stockbroker formerly employed by MSI Financial Services Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 15, 2018 in which the customer alleged that premium payment requirements were not communicated to the customer concerning a variable life insurance policy.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Weiner is referenced in four additional customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of Weiner’s wrongdoing while employed by MetLife. Specifically, on October 4, 2000, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Weiner’s activities where the customer sought $7,291.42 in damages supported by allegations of misrepresentation concerning the customer’s variable annuity.

Thereafter, on April 23, 2009, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Weiner’s conduct was settled to resolve accusations that Weiner made misrepresentations to the customer concerning a variable life insurance policy. Then, on May 4, 2012, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Weiner’s conduct in which the customer alleged that when the customer purchased variable life insurance policy, the customer was not made aware that the insurance premiums could increase in the future.

Then, on July 22, 2014, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Weiner’s activities where the customer alleged that variable annuity features were misrepresented by Weiner.

Weiner’s registration with MSI Financial Services was terminated on March 25, 2017. Since then, Weiner has been employed by MML Investors Services, LLC.
