Michael A. Pellegrino Jr., of Red Bank, New Jersey, a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley, was terminated from employment on December 2, 2016, based upon allegations that Pellegrino conducted communications with an individual which the firm prohibited business to be conducted with. The firm further alleged that Pellegrino provided a party with advice on business dealings outside the auspices of the firm.
FINRA Public Disclosure also reveals that on December 9, 2015, a customer filed a written complaint involving Pellegrino’s conduct, based upon allegations that Pellegrino misled the customer concerning a pledged asset loan.
