Bradley Andrew Marks, of New York, New York, a stockbroker currently registered with Morgan Stanley, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on May 2, 2017, in which the customer sought $68,294.16 in damages based upon allegations that Marks failed to execute upon the customer’s instructions regarding an in-house money manager account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on June 2, 2011, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Marks’ conduct, where the customer requested $108,864.00 in damages based upon allegations that during the time Marks was a financial advisor with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., he omitted information concerning a hedge fund investment allocation.
