James Edward Bogart, of McLean, Virginia, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on November 30, 2016, in which the customer requested $25,711.11 in damages based upon allegations that Bogart, between 2015 and 2016, effected transactions in the customer’s managed account that failed to be suitable for the customer.

Bogart’s registration with Morgan Stanley was terminated on July 15, 2016. Since October 3, 2016, he has been associated with Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investments.
