Mohsen Babaeian of Northridge California a stockbroker currently employed by Bankers Life Securities Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on June 27, 2018 where the customer sought $12,750.00 in damages based upon allegations that (1) Babaeian placed the customer in an Allianz Variable Indexed Linked Annuity contrary to the customer’s instructions (2) Babaeian put the customer in an investment that was not cancelled when the customer requested it.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that Babaeian is referenced in a customer initiated investment related civil action brought in the Los Angeles County California Superior Court in which the customer sought unspecified damages supported by accusations that while Babaeian was associated with Bankers Life and Casualty Company, contractual obligations to the customer had been breached; the customer’s account was handled negligently; misrepresentations were made to the customer concerning investments; and the customer had been defrauded. Case No. PC057690 (Apr. 13, 2017).

Babaeian has been registered with Bankers Life Securities Inc. since August 26, 2016.
