Michael Joseph Sievert (also known as Mike Sievert) of Jacksonville, Florida, a stockbroker formerly registered with Triad Advisors LLC, is identified in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that Sievert made unsuitable recommendations in connection with real estate security transactions while he was registered with Triad Advisors. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 22-00720 (May 2, 2022). According to the claim, Sievert failed to complete reasonable due diligence on the alternative investments, and he made omissions and misrepresentations to the customer.

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Sievert has been identified in four more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning his activities during the time that he was registered with securities broker dealers, including Arkadios Capital and Triad Advisors. On February 8, 2021, a FINRA securities arbitration claim regarding Sievert’s conduct was settled for $78,000.00 in damages because Sievert allegedly gave unsuitable advice concerning GPB Holdings LLC, who suspended distributions after the customer’s purchase. Sievert is also the subject of a FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Sievert made unsuitable recommendations in connection with the sale of GPB Holdings and GPB Automotive when Sievert was registered with Arkadios Capital. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-03116 (February 8, 2021).

On September 10, 2021, a FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Sievert’s activities was settled for $250,000.00 in damages as the result of the alleged recommendation and purchase of unsuitable alternative investments through Sievert and Arkadios Capital. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03703.

Sievert is also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that the broker violated Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act, breached a contract, and breached a fiduciary duty in connection with the sale of a private investment fund during the period that Sievert was associated with Triad Advisors. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-00169 (February 1, 2022). The claim also alleges negligence relating to direct investments, including DPP interests and LP interests.

Sievert was registered with Triad Advisors LLC as both a stockbroker and investment adviser representative between November 5, 2012, and March 8, 2018.
