Michael Joseph Sievert (also known as Mike Sievert) of Jacksonville Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Triad Advisors is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $78,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customer had been placed into unsuitable direct investments when Sievert was associated with Triad Advisors. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-01923 (Feb. 8, 2021). According to the claim, the customer invested in GPB Holdings who suspended distributions resulting in losses to the customer.

FINRA Public Disclosure states that Sievert has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his improper actions at Arkadios Capital. Sievert is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $600,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of the customer being sold unsuitable alternative investments by Sievert when he was associated with Arkadios Capital. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03703 (Nov. 3, 2020).

Another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Sievert’s conduct was settled for $50,000.00 in damages based on accusations of the customer incurring losses by investing in GPB Holdings and GPB Automotive. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-03116 (Feb. 8, 2021).

Sievert’s stockbroker and investment adviser registrations with Triad Advisors were terminated as of March 8, 2018. Since February 28, 2018, Sievert has been a stockbroker of Arkadios Capital and an investment adviser representative of Arkadios Wealth Advisors.
