Michael John Libmann (also known as Mike Libmann) of Quincy Illinois a stockbroker currently registered with Pruco Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $91,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that unsuitable transactions were made by Libmann when he was registered with Pruco Securities LLC. The complaint also alleges that the customer was unaware of important tax implications relating to an annuity purchase.

Libmann has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of his wrongful conduct when he was registered with MetLife. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Libmann’s activities where they requested $17,000.00 in damages founded upon allegations that they were misled by Libmann as it pertained to a variable life insurance policy.

Libmann is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint that settled for $9,003.00 in damages based on accusations of the customer being sold an insurance policy at MetLife that was different than what had been represented to them. Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Libmann’s conduct in which they sought $45,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of omissions relating to the premiums required on a variable life insurance policy.

Libmann was registered with MSI Financial Services between October 24, 1986, and March 25, 2017. He was registered with MML Investors Services between March 25, 2017, and February 8, 2018. Since February 15, 2018, Libmann has been registered with Pruco Securities LLC.
