Michael James Henschel of Stevens Point Wisconsin a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of LPL Financial LLC has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 27, 2020 where the customer sought $13,900.00 in damages based upon allegations that they were sold a real estate investment trust (REIT) that was misrepresented to them by Henschel during the period that he was associated with LPL Financial.

Henschel has been identified in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of his wrongdoing during the period that he was employed by Pruco Securities Corp and LPL Financial. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure discloses that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Henschel’s conduct was settled to resolve allegations that the customer’s account was churned and that unsuitable transactions were executed in their account while Henschel was associated with Pruco Securities. According to the claim, the customer was placed into an unsuitable investment given the customer’s investment circumstances.

On December 9, 2016, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Henschel’s conduct in which the customer requested $7,633.65 in damages founded on accusations of Henschel’s misrepresentations and omissions relating to a variable annuity that the customer purchased because of him through LPL Financial.

Henschel is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 3, 2017 where the customer sought $11,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that the fees on alternative investments were not properly disclosed to the customer between October of 2011 and April of 2017.

Henschel has been a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of LPL Financial since October 11, 2011.
