Michael Philip Ecker (also known as Mike Ecker), of Wellington, Florida, a stockbroker registered with Concorde Investment Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $60,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ecker breached his fiduciary duties to the customer, was negligent, and breached a contract in connection with the recommendation and sale of limited partnership interests during the time that Ecker was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-02254 (December 20, 2022).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Ecker is referenced in four other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Ecker’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. On February 25, 2021, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Ecker’s conduct was settled for $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ecker breached a contract, committed fraud, made misrepresentations of material fact, breached his fiduciary duties to the customer, and violated FINRA rules in connection with the sale of GPB investments and REITs during the time that Ecker was associated with Kovack Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-03011.

On December 2, 2021, another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Ecker’s conduct was settled for $22,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ecker made unsuitable recommendations of REITs and private placements when Ecker was associated with Center Street Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-03658.

Ecker is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $280,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ecker made unsuitable recommendations, overconcentrated accounts in certain investments, failed to supervise certain registered representatives, and breached his fiduciary duties to the customer in connection with the sale of private placements during the time that Ecker was associated with Kovack Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-02396 (October 19, 2022).

On December 19, 2022, another customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Ecker’s conduct in which the customer requested up to $300,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ecker made unsuitable recommendations of REITs during the time that Ecker was associated with Center Street Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 22-02844.

Ecker’s registration with Concorde Investment Services LLC was terminated on November 5, 2018.
