Andrew John Constantinides of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought $300,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that unsuitable investment recommendations and misrepresentations had been made to the customer pertaining to the customer’s direct investment product transactions. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-01351 (Apr. 12, 2018).

Moreover, FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Constantinides’ activities in which customers collectively requested $900,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customers were induced into purchasing private placements based upon Constantinides’ misrepresentations, and the customers were placed into investments that were not suitable for those customers.
