Lyle J. Boudreaux of Houston Texas is a stockbroker currently registered with Independent Financial Group LLC who is subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 27 2017 in which the customer sought two hundred ten thousand dollars in damages founded on accusations that unsuitable leveraged exchange traded fund transactions were effected in the customer’s account between 2015 and 2016 that caused the customer to sustain losses.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim regarding Boudreaux’s activities in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of negligence and breach of contract in relation to exchange traded fund purchases that were executed in the customer’s account between 2014 and 2016. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00681 (Apr. 3, 2017).

Further, on May 5, 2017, a customer initiated investment related written complaint regarding Boudreaux’s activities was resolved for $80,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that the customer sustained investment losses from an inappropriate exchange traded fund transaction executed in the customer’s advisory account.

On April 17, 2012, Boudreaux was fired from his previous employer, Merrill Lynch, founded on allegations that Boudreaux placed unauthorized trades in a deceased customer’s investment portfolio.
