Jens Mikel Poulsen of Wenatchee Washington a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC has been terminated on September 20, 2016, founded on allegations that Poulsen solicited stock transactions from customers during the time that the firm had restricted his activities.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Poulsen has been identified in two customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of his violative conduct while employed by LPL Financial LLC. Particularly, on June 6, 2017, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Poulsen’s activities was resolved for $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that unauthorized trades were effected in the customer’s account allowing Poulsen to accumulate excessive commissions.

Poulsen was subsequently referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which settled for $21,000.00 on January 30, 2018 founded on accusations of misrepresentation concerning the customer’s equity portfolio between July 27, 2007 and October 19, 2017.

Poulsen has been associated with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. since March 5, 2018.
