David Gulyamov, of Brooklyn, New York, a registered representative with LPL Financial LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 13, 2017, based upon allegations that Gulyamov made misrepresentations to the customer concerning a variable annuity, and effected an investment purchase that failed to be suitable for the customer.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Gulyamov has been named in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misconduct while employed with LPL Financial, LLC. Particularly, on August 24, 2015, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Gulyamov’s conduct, based upon allegations that Gulyamov misrepresented a variable annuity to the customer.
Additionally, on July 6, 2016, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim regarding Gulyamov’s activities, in which the customer requested $150,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Gulyamov made unsuitable variable annuity recommendations to the customer. Then, on December 8, 2016, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Gulyamov’s conduct, based upon allegations that Gulyamov forged a document in connection with the customer’s application for life insurance.
