Brian Hunter Anderson, of Birmingham, Alabama, a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on May 31, 2016, based upon allegations that Anderson made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer regarding direct investments and oil and gas products.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)Public Disclosure also reveals that on July 28, 2016, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Anderson’s conduct, based upon allegations that Anderson engaged in sales practice violations pertaining to limited partnership investments.
