Louise Marie Cole of Toms River New Jersey is a stockbroker formerly registered with Next Financial Group Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action that settled on October 19, 2016 for $100,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Cole made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning an international asset protection plan that ultimately failed and caused the customer to incur substantial losses. Civil Action No. L-1629-14 (Oct. 19, 2016).  The case appears to be Madden v.  DeGregorio, et al., pending in the Monmouth County Law Division.  For the uninitiated, Toms River, New Jersey is in Ocean County.   Interesting that the broker-dealers were not named.  The Plaintiff is James M. Madden of Manahawkin, New Jersey, an allergist.

Cole’s employment with Next Financial Group Inc. was terminated on December 31, 2016.
