Leland Roy Heathershaw of Aurora Colorado is a stockbroker formerly registered with Sterne Agee Financial Services Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint filed on March 13, 2015 in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of poor investment performance and excessive commissions having been charged to the customer on equity transactions.

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that Heathershaw’s employment with Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. was terminated on December 27, 2016. He became associated with Capital Financial Services, Inc. on January 19, 2017. Heathershaw has been associated with four different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
