Lee Evan Rosenberg of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of Cadaret Grant Co. Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer sought $51,370.67 in damages based upon allegations that Rosenberg sold the customer a variable annuity that was unsuitable when Rosenberg was associated with Cadaret Grant. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-03598 (Dec. 16, 2019).

Rosenberg has been identified in four more customer initiated investment related disputes regarding accusations of his misconduct during the time that he was employed by Cadaret Grant. FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Rosenberg’s activities where the customer requested $150,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of mutual funds declining in value after being purchased for the customer’s Cadaret Grant account because of Rosenberg.

Rosenberg is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer sought $650,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that unauthorized trades had been executed in the customer’s account by the stockbroker when he was registered with Cadaret Grant. Another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Rosenberg’s conduct was resolved for $450,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s instructions were not followed as it pertained to unit investment trust, mutual fund, stock, over-the-counter equity, municipal debt and corporate debt products.

Rosenberg is additionally the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $180,000.00 on November 17, 2017 supported by accusations that the customer had not been made aware of the risks pertaining to withdrawing funds from AXA Accumulator Plus. The complaint alleges that the customer was not apprised that withdrawals would affect the customer’s benefit base on a guaranteed minimum income benefit rider that was attached to the annuity and which was meant to provide guaranteed income to the customer.

Rosenberg has been a stockbroker of Cadaret Grant since February 5, 1990 and an investment adviser representative of Cadaret Grant since January 11, 2011. He is also registered as an investment adviser representative of American Investment Planners LLC since February 11, 2011.
