Lauren Anne Ferrante, of Parma, Ohio, a stockbroker formerly registered with L&M Financial Services, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on May 9, 2016, in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ferrante effected unsuitable equity transactions in the customer’s account and failed to diversify the customer’s investment portfolio between September of 2013 and August of 2015.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Ferrante has been referenced in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of Ferrante’s misconduct while employed with L&M Financial Services.

Particularly, a customer was awarded $31,104.00 in damages according to an investment related arbitration claim involving Ferrante’s activities, based upon findings that Ferrante made misrepresentations and omissions, negligently handled the customer’s investment account, breached his fiduciary and contractual duties, executed unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account, and defrauded the customer in relation to the customer’s mutual fund investments. The customer also alleged that L&M Financial Services failed to supervise Ferrante’s activities. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) No. 01-03489 (July 30, 2002).

Then, on August 17, 2015, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Ferrante’s conduct, where the customer requested $17,368.00 in damages supported by allegations that Ferrante effected unsuitable stock transactions in the customer’s account.

Ferrante’s registration with L&M Financial Services was terminated on February 6, 2017. Since February 8, 2017, Ferrante has been registered with Corecap Investments, Inc.
