Kurt Russell Baldry of Ostego, MN, a stockbroker registered with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Baldry made unsuitable investment recommendations of direct investments and oil and gas investments during the time that Baldry was associated with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 22-01738 (August 3, 2022).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Baldry has been referenced in two other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Baldry’s conduct while associated with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc. On March 31, 2022, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Baldry’s conduct in which the customer requested $980,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Baldry made unsuitable investment recommendations, converted funds, and breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of limited partnerships. Baldry was also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $45,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Baldry made unsuitable recommendations and failed to perform due diligence in connection with the sale of direct investments and real estate securities. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-04166 (April 26, 2022).

Baldry has been associated with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc. in Ostego, MN, as a stockbroker since May 2, 2011, and associated with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc. as an investment advisor representative since July 20, 2011.
