Kevin Mark Nast of Northville Michigan is a stockbroker formerly registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim which settled for fourteen thousand dollars in damages supported by accusations that Nast made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer and executed unauthorized transactions in the customer’s account concerning unit investment trust and equity products. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 16-00598 (Aug. 30 2016).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that on January 18, 2001, a customer initiated investment related written complaint involving Nast’s conduct was settled for $40,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customer’s assets were excessively allocated in partnership interests.

Nast’s registration with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. was terminated on May 13, 2016. Between May 13, 2016 and January 29, 2018, he was associated with

Signator Investors, Inc. Nast has been registered with Triad Advisors LLC since January 24, 2018.
