Katherine Greer Nishnic (also known as Katherine Greer Martinson and Katherine Diane Nishnic), of Lexington, South Carolina, a stockbroker registered with J.P. Turner Company LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $14,750.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made misrepresentations with regard to the recommendation and sale of CDs, corporate bonds, and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. On July 16, 2020, a FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Nishnic’s conduct was settled for $55,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made misrepresentations and mismanaged the customer’s account in connection with the recommendation and sale of corporate bonds and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. Nishnic is also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $57,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made unsuitable recommendations with regard to the sale of corporate bonds and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. On September 1, 2020, a FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Nishnic’s conduct was settled for $180,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made unsuitable recommendations in connection with the sale of corporate bonds and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. Turner Company LLC and Centaurus Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-01298.

Nishnic is also referenced in a FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $82,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made unsuitable recommendations and breached a fiduciary duty relating to the recommendation and sale of corporate bonds and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. Turner Company LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-01504 (Sept. 21, 2020).

On October 22, 2020, a FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Nishnic’s conduct was settled for $7,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Nishnic made misrepresentations and breached a fiduciary duty with regard to the recommendation and sale of CDs and real estate securities when Nishnic was associated with J.P. Turner Company LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-02386.
